Leading up to this UFC fight, I have been working with John Carey of Stretch U in Oklahoma City multiple times a week to help improve my flexibility. MMA training takes a toll on a body and I need to be as ready as possible for this upcoming match against Erin Blanchfield on September 18th. Since working with John, my muscles have become more limber; I have become more agile in my movements and not so stiff. It is amazing what your body can do with some wiggle room!
Fighters put a lot of strain on their backs and working with John really helped mine. I didn’t feel so much strain or tension, it was really a relief. I am definitely going into this next fight happier and healthier than before.
